Somewhere between the first pedal stroke and the finish line, this ride stops being about kilometres and starts being about the people we're doing it for. Lyme disease is often invisible, frequently misdiagnosed, and chronically underfunded — this event exists to change that, one route, one rider, one donation at a time. Here's how the day actually comes together.
Routes and Timing
We offer three distances — 25km, 60km, and 100km — so newcomers and seasoned cyclists can ride side by side. All routes are clearly marked, supported by rest stops, and mapped in detail on our route page, complete with elevation notes and water station locations.
Registration Deadlines
- Early registration closes six weeks before event day, with the lowest fundraising minimum
- Standard registration remains open until two weeks prior
- Late registration is available at the venue, subject to route capacity
Day-of Logistics
Check-in opens at 7:00 a.m., with a short opening ceremony honouring riders affected by Lyme disease before wheels hit pavement. Bike mechanics, medical support, and volunteer marshals are stationed throughout every route. Parking, shuttle details, and gear drop-off points are all outlined in the rider package sent after registration.
